We have always loved coffee. Our head brewer Jason has been in the industry for almost 10 years working in almost every capacity. We know what we like and we love chasing those flavors. Our goal is to create a smooth, full-bodied brew with tons of flavor. 

How do we do that you ask? We steep light roasted single-origin beans in the highest quality water for 14 to 24 hours depending on the variety. We use a double filtration system to arrive at the beautiful end result. Not only do we love chasing flavors, we love consistency. How do we do that? So many questions from you. The temperature of water is stable throughout the whole brewing process.


We source our coffee from a Presta Coffee Roasters in Tucson, AZ. Since the beginning, they have provided us with the highest quality of coffee beans. Because both companies strive for quality and consistency, we head down there regularly to cup and sample many varieties (someone has to do the hard work...). Because we get to try the varietals first hand, we are able to choose the best beans.
